All our parts have 30 days warranty.
All parts are in used condition but they all checked before removed from the car and also we check them before posting.
All our items have security permanent marking as well as UV pen marking if any of this missing on return NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN and there is no exception to this rule.
Orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day. The later arriving orders will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be processed on next working day.
Please note some of the items are listed for cash and collection only, please read description before placing the order.
We offer Free Next Day Delivery on all orders where possible shipped within UK mainland.
All items will be send by Tracked Delivery, small items via Roayl Mail and larger items via courier, if you require tracking number please contact us.
If the courier asks you to sign for the parcel then please check it's condition. If the packaging has been badly damaged or opened then please make a note of this with the courier before signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.
For Christmas deliveries Royal Mail's and Courier cut off date is usually 18th December. We will continue to dispatch items after this point but they may not arrive until after Christmas day.
We always want you to be satisfied with your order but if you wish to return goods, please note our returns policy and follow the directions below.

Cancellation and returns
Every return must be authorized. If you wish to return the item you must contact us first for return details and return form must be completed.
Our cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, e.g. if goods are faulty or mis-described.
You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 14 working days after delivery though distance selling regulations. To do this please email us at email@example.com phone us on 01214489970. We will refund your money within 14 days once item been returned.
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be re-sent to the customer at the customer's expense.
If there is a problem with the order please contact us to discuss the matter further.
You may return an item which was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. We test all returns. The refund will be issued once the item has been received back and verified as faulty. In this case we will also refund your return postage.
You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery.
Items that have been tampered with or damaged during fitment will not be refunded.
In the case where an item has arrived damaged you will be required to provide a photograph showing the damage before any return will be processed.
You may return an item which is not as described for a full refund. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect. In this case we will also refund your return postage. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery.
Item must be in original condition as received, we will not accept returns on items that have been broken apart, modified or damaged.
Items must be returned with all original components unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any items that arrive back with parts missing will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
